Michael Fischer will speak on 24 February 2026, at the civil litigation conference “Der Vergleich: Möglichkeiten, Grenzen und Praxistipps” hosted by the Schulthess Forum on the topic of “Steuerliche Stolpersteine beim Vergleich”.
