Samuel is a founding partner of Fischer Ramp Buchmann AG.

He is an attorney and a certified tax expert advising national and international corporations, entrepreneurs and private clients. He advises clients on all aspects of Swiss and international tax law. He focuses on real estate transactions and on tax planning for private clients as well as on financing and restructuring of national and international corporations. Other areas of Samuel’s tax practice include tax litigation before authorities and courts.

Samuel is head of department and lecturer at the Swiss Institute of Taxation (SIST), he teaches at the Institute for Swiss and International Tax Law (ISIS), at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (zhaw) and at St. Gallen University of Applied Sciences (FHS). Furthermore, he regularly publishes articles in tax journals and newspapers.

Samuel is listed in Legal 500 where sources describe him as “one of the strongest private client lawyers on real estate matters, down-to-earth, cool, strong negotiator, hands-on, sees the big picture, straight-forward, entrepreneurial.

He obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 2002 and was admitted to the Bar in 2004. In 2008 he qualified as a certified tax expert. Prior to founding Fischer Ramp Buchmann AG he was a partner with a Swiss international law firm.

Samuel is a member of the Zurich and the Swiss Bar Associations.

His working languages are German and English.
